IT Lab provides support for a range of digital and technology change initiatives which often optimise the delivery of IT services to internal and external stakeholder by reducing operational risks and increasing operation efficiency.

During periods of change, organisations often focus on the overall change programme and struggle with the detailed planning and change management. We successfully helped a communications organisation define and manage change during a period of substantial change as they redefined their business operating model in response to market pressures.

Originally engaged to create a light-touch strategy and resultant IT operating model, we then helped our client with the planning and change management of a range of initiatives associated with the operating model changes.

We helped them develop roadmaps to define and prioritise the various change initiatives, define the detailed tasks required to develop the implement the change plan. We defined the configuration requirements for a replacement IT Service Management system and created the migration plan including user acceptance testing, stakeholder communication and training requirements and planning.
