In 2018, private equity firm CVC acquired Teva Women’s Health – a division of Israeli  drugs giant Teva Pharmaceutical Industries.

The $700m purchase took the name Theramex full circle. Established in 1970, Theramex was bought and re-branded by Teva in 2011. A new Theramex was born, honouring the brand’s proud heritage of supporting women at each milestone in their lives.

Pablo Alvarez, Theramex’s IT Director, explains how the newly formed company established an IT infrastructure from – quite literally - a blank sheet of paper.

The challenges were immense: establish a London HQ in weeks, accommodate hundreds of transferring employees (and new hires), and roll out IT services to 16 countries within 18 months.

Learn why Theramex chose IT Lab as its technology partner, and why they adopted our Adaptive Technology Model.
